Ingredients: 48 ESCARGOTS PRÉPARÉS Es cal Recette à la Bourguignonne Surgelés Taille I Chairs d'escargots cuites 50% (Helix lucorum (mollusque), sel, épices et plantes aromatiques, céleri), beurre (lait) 360/' ail réhydraté, persil, échalote, sel, poivre. Fabriqué dans un atelier qui utilise : Œuf, blé, soja, crustacé, poisson. Préchauffer le four pendant 10 minutes à 2dooc (thermostat 7). Préparation Poser les escargots sur un plat, ouverture vers le haut. Mettre au four pendant 12 à 15 minutes. Servir très chaud dès que le beurre commence grésiller. Bon appétit!
