Ingredients: Cette farine d'Amarante, utilisée de façon traditionnelle dans les Andes péruviennes est idéale pour réaliser tous types de pains et pâtisseries (gâteaux crêpes, biscuits...). A mélanger de 20 à 50 % à d'autres farine selon le souhaité. Très nutritif, très riche en fer et en calcium. Elle est produite par l'APCO (Association de Producteurs de Culture Organique, de 125 personnes, dans la vallée de Cotahuasi, département de Arequipa.
