Ingredients: Amidon de maïeuarome vanille sel colorant naturel (beta-carotène et riboflavine). Iraces éventuel/esde luten. Mode d'emploi: Verser 40 g de poudre (pour 0,5 1 {e pudding) dans un bol et ajouter 3 ou 4 cuilleres de sucre (609), 5 ou 6 cuillères de lait froid et melanger pour obtenir une masse lisse. Faire bouillonner le reste de lait, enlever du feu et verser la masse. Faire cuire encore pendant 3 minutes en mélangeant sans cesse. Verser le pudding dans des bols humides.
